TERMS OF COURSE PARTICIPATION

By purchasing this digital course (“Program”), you (“Client” or “you”) agree to enter into this agreement with IWADDS LLC (“Company”, “we”, or “us”). The Company and you may be collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
PROGRAM/SERVICE
The Company agrees to provide access to Real Estate Investing Simplified: A Guide for Busy Healthcare Professionals (the “Program”), which may include:
● Digital or downloadable resources
● Online training, courses, or workshops
● Group or one-on-one coaching sessions
● Online community forums, which may be hosted on third-party platforms
The Company reserves the right to modify, remove, or add content to the Program at its discretion. Access to the Program is provided for as long as the Company continues to offer it, unless otherwise stated. This is what is referred to as “Lifetime Access” in our marketing materials.
PARTICIPANT ELIGIBILITY
This Program is intended for individuals aged 18 and above. By purchasing, you confirm that you meet this requirement. The Company is not responsible for inappropriate use of the content by individuals under this age.
This Program is designed for business owners, entrepreneurs, and professionals looking to enhance their skills. The Company makes no guarantees about its effectiveness for any particular industry or individual.
FEES AND PAYMENT TERMS
Program Fees
By purchasing the Program, you agree to pay:
● A one-time payment of $247
Your payment is non-refundable, except as outlined in our Refund Policy below.
Payment Authorization
By purchasing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the agreed-upon amount. If you choose a payment plan, your card will be charged automatically each month until all payments are completed.
If a payment is declined, you are responsible for updating your payment details. Failure to do so may result in loss of access to the Program.
REFUND POLICY
We want you to be satisfied, but we also expect you to put in the effort to apply the strategies taught in the Program.
● The Program comes with a 14 day money-back guarantee, provided you submit proof that you completed the required coursework and found it did not work for you.
● To request a refund, email [email protected] within 14 days of purchasing the Program.
● Refund requests must include completed coursework as outlined below:
i. Completion of first 5 modules
ii. Screenshots of completed course work
Refund requests without required proof of completion will be denied.
After the refund period ends, all payments are final and non-refundable, and you remain responsible for completing all payments in a payment plan.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel your payment plan at any time; however, you are still responsible for all remaining payments unless otherwise stated in the Refund Policy.
Failure to make a scheduled payment will result in immediate loss of access to the Program.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & RESTRICTIONS
By purchasing, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Program content for personal and business use only.
You may NOT:
● Share, resell, or distribute any materials from the Program
● Copy, modify, or create derivative works of Program content
● Upload Program materials to any public or private database, website, or online platform
● Use AI technology to record or transcribe Program content without permission
Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of access, without refund, and may result in legal action.
COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION & BEHAVIOR
If the Program includes access to a private community (such as a Facebook or Discord group), you agree to follow these rules:
● No hate speech, discrimination, or harassment.
● No unsolicited promotions, self-promotion, or spam.
● No financial, legal, or medical advice. The Company is not responsible for interactions between members.
● Respect confidentiality. Do not share private discussions outside the group.
The Company reserves the right to remove any member who violates these rules without refund.
DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
No Guarantees of Success or Earnings
The Company does not guarantee financial success, business growth, or specific outcomes from the Program. Any earnings or success stories shared are for illustrative purposes only and are not guarantees of future results.
No Financial, Legal, or Professional Advice
The Program does not provide investment, legal, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for your business and financial decisions. If you require specific guidance, consult a licensed professional.
Technology & Platform Availability
● The Company is not responsible for technical issues that prevent access to the Program due to third-party service failures.
● If the Program is discontinued, members will receive at least 30 days’ notice where possible.
INDEMNIFICATION
By purchasing, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, employees, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, or legal disputes arising from your participation in the Program.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York without regard to conflicts of law principles.
Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
● Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting [email protected]
● If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in New York, New York.
● Class action lawsuits are not permitted.
MODIFICATIONS & TERMINATION
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time. If changes affect active participants, reasonable notice will be provided.
